My hubby's in the backyard, starting on our deck expansion. We now will also be the proud owners of a little-used hot tub, at a great price. Dave's boss bought one last year, used it less than ten times, and is now selling it to us for a third of the price. Believe me, with as big of a deck as Dave is putting in, we'll need something to put on it. But more on that in the next couple of weeks. I took the "before" pictures today, and will continue to document the project.
I am on the sofa, preparing to get to work on the script for an event I'm helping with on Monday, for Gyn Cancers Alliance, a local group that provides emotional and financial support for women going through ovarian, cervical and other cancers.
